Colin Coulahan (Washington Nationals)

Hi, I’m Colin Coulahan and I am very excited to join the Prospects1500 team as the Washington Nationals MiLB correspondent.

My first exposure to minor league baseball was as a studio producer for the Wilmington Blue Rocks’ radio broadcasts. I was able to see the future of the Kansas City Royals come through Delaware, such as Salvador Perez, Eric Hosmer, and Mike Moustakas. Now that the Blue Rocks are affiliated with the Nationals I’ll have the perfect excuse to start making trips back to Delaware to watch them.

I began playing fantasy baseball in 2016 and my first league was a dynasty league. The minor league portion of the game quickly became my favorite. Pouring over stats and reports, trying to find the next big breakout became a passion. This passion has only grown with every passing season.

When I’m able to peel myself away from the computer, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two kids. My oldest is just starting to get into baseball and being able to share my love of the game with her is very exciting. Feel free to reach out to me on Twitter, @cjc07.
